Purpose of Role:

To train, develop & lead a team to manufacture product to

• Manufacture product to customer quality and service levels in an efficient, cost effective and safe manner, ensuring that all operations KPI’s are met.
• Ensure all finished products are delivered at the specified quality and technical standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company food safety policies by means of regular audits.
• Complete root cause corrective action investigations into identified quality defects/faults.
• Ensure required levels of hygiene performance are maintained in areas of responsibility and run a ‘clean as you go’ policy.
• Lead your team of operators by example.

A comprehensive training programme is currently being delivered to all our Team Leaders, incorporating lean manufacturing best practice, action teams, leadership and briefing skills.
