Purpose of Job

• To monitor all raw materials including packaging on delivery to ensure that they meet the suppliers and our customers specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Checking of all raw materials
• Positive release and sampling of product
• Assessing new products
• Innovations/Development and other samples
• Temperature’s of products and areas
• KPI’s
• Various administration
• Checking for products out of Spec.
• Keeping a check on tracking sheets
• Non conformances

Desirable Qualifications, Experience and Training:

• Eye for detail, Numerate
• Literate
• Can work as a member of a small team (team player) or work on their own.
• Computer skills desirable not essential
• Able to taste all types of food
• Some lifting involved
• Good communicator
