  • Planning daily/weekly/monthly production schedules

  • To manufacture product in the most cost effective manner through the team of Production Managers
  • To work alongside the Uniq Operating System manager and adopt improvement pilots into day to day activity
  • Interaction with all other departments and customers
  • Control of usage of materials, packaging to deliver defined usage and yield

  • Labour & Material costs, overhead management
  • Attendance at NPD forums, manage the introduction of new products and consistently achieved the defined standards
  • Ensure that the flow of materials in and around site
  • Drive Factory efficiencies
  • Manage a Team of Planners to drive efficiencies through the site and ensure supply to the customer by managing Inventory stocks appropriately
  • Manage a complex, fast moving supply base with over 250 Suppliers, taking in over 750 materials
  • Manage the day to day of the teams performance. Ensure appropriate holiday cover
  • Set Performance Development Reviews with training and coaching
  • Promoting training within the department to encourage a multi-skilled  environment
  • Liaise with Site Directors, manage Budget controls
  • Help manage customers expectations
  • Hold Monthly Meetings with Demand, Commercial and Operation team’s for event planning and business opportunities
