Ensure that the flow of materials in and around site

Drive Factory efficiencies

Manage a Team of Planners to drive efficiencies through the site and ensure supply to the customer by managing Inventory stocks appropriately
-
Manage a complex, fast moving supply base with over 250 Suppliers, taking in over 750 materials
-
Manage the day to day of the teams performance. Ensure appropriate holiday cover
-
Set Performance Development Reviews with training and coaching
-
Promoting training within the department to encourage a multi-skilled environment
-
Liaise with Site Directors, manage Budget controls
-
Help manage customers expectations
-
Hold Monthly Meetings with Demand, Commercial and Operation team’s for event planning and business opportunities
