Job Title: Commercial Director (M&S Products for both Evercreech and Minsterley)

  1. Management of the commercial & development team
  2. Growing and developing the relationship with existing customers
  3. Management and development of the outbound supply chain
  4. Being a key member of the Exec Team
  5. Develop a high performing team
  6. Improve the competitiveness of the offer
  7. Ensure product quality is clearly differentiated from competitors
  8. Customers – sole responsibility for the health, robustness and vitality of the customer relationships
  9. Price Increases – responsible for achieving price increases with the customers (supported by the Managing Director)
  10. Responsible for agreeing all selling prices, over-riders and commercial terms
  11. Responsible for the avoidance of loss and profit claims, and for spotting and eliminating any “invoice” queries that may be actively managed by the retailer
  12. Regular visits to customers,
  13. Regular discussions, development reviews and objective setting of the commercial and supply chain teams
