Completion of the Sale of Netherlands Businesses

Uniq announces that the disposal of its Netherlands Businesses has today been completed.

COMPLETION OF THE SALE OF NETHERLANDS BUSINESS

Further to the announcements made on 18 December 2009 and 5 January 2010, Uniq announces that it has today completed the sale of its Netherlands Business Units to Gilde Equity Management (GEM) Benelux, for a total enterprise value of €20.0 million (£18.0 million).

Uniq's post-Christmas trading update will be announced on 19 January 2010.
