Changes to the Board of Directors

Uniq plc, announces today the resignation, for personal reasons, of Ross Warburton as Chairman with immediate effect.

John Warren, who joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in March 2007 and was appointed Senior Non-Executive Director in May 2007, has agreed to serve as Interim Chairman from 25 June 2009 until a permanent successor to Ross is appointed.

The Company will make a further announcement as soon as an appointment is confirmed.
