Operating from a modern facility in Spalding, Smedleys Salads supplies many of the UK's leading supermarkets with a wide range of dressed and pot salads. The business has a wide portfolio of products ranging from traditional coleslaws and potato salads to more contemporary lines.

Uniq Prepared Foods Northampton:

Operating from a state of the art production facility in Northampton, Uniq Prepared Foods is an award winning supplier of high quality sandwiches, wraps and deli products to Marks & Spencer and European airline businesses.

Producing more than a million sandwiches and wraps every single week the business is one of the UK’s largest sandwich manufacturers accounting for over 50% of Marks & Spencer’s supply.

Thanks to the combination of cutting edge automated technology and a 1000 strong highly skilled multi-cultural workforce Uniq Prepared Foods is able to match quality to quantity to ensure that every single one of the 100 different products in its portfolio is manufactured to the same exacting standards.

Evercreech truly Uniq:

Situated at the heart of the picturesque Somerset village from which it takes its name, the Evercreech Truly Uniq business produces a stunning range of premium chilled desserts and cottage cheese products for some of the UK’s leading food retailers.

Dating back to 1891 the site is rich in dairy heritage and today specialises in producing hand crafted premium table presentable desserts for customer Marks & Spencer from a dedicated production facility on its six acre site. 

Evercreech’s Marks & Spencer desserts portfolio also includes modern twists on more traditional classics such as the indulgent Chocolate Brioche Bread and Butter Pudding, family favourites such as Rice Puddings and Crème Caramel as well as a delicious range of Count on Us desserts that bring a smile to the face of dieters up and down the country.

In addition Evercreech Truly Uniq is the largest producer of cottage cheese in the UK currently supplying Tesco, Asda, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer.

Products are made using West Country milk sourced from over 200 specially selected West Country farms as well as fine seasonal ingredients sourced locally wherever possible to ensure the quality and provenance of every single product that leaves the factory gate.

Riviera Desserts
Riviera Desserts is located in Paignton in Devon and produce private label products in the categories of chocolate, fruit and premium desserts.
The business unit produces the market leading Cadbury chilled desserts range. The range includes chocolate mousse, chocolate trifle, twin pots, and puddings.

St.Ivel Minsterley
Located in Shropshire, St.Ivel Minsterley is Uniq's newest site and produces a wide range of retailer brand desserts, yogurts and fromage frais for the major multiples including Marks & Spencer. It is a major trifle supplier especially of the Tesco range.

Pinneys of Scotland
The Pinneys of Scotland operation based in Annan is the largest processor of Scottish salmon in the UK. The Pinneys brand holds the Royal warrant to supply smoked salmon to Her Majesty the Queen as well as enjoying extensive export business.

In addition to its traditional smoked salmon and salmon fillets, they also supply a growing range of value added seafood based products including pates and mousses, fresh salmon and seafood dishes. Pinneys has a growing business in the fish ready meals sector with products such as Thai Prawn Curry and Smoked Salmon Risotto.
