Ross Warburton
Chairman
Joined the Uniq plc board as deputy chairman in June 2006, and became chairman in January 2007. He is also a director of Warburtons Ltd,and W Jordans (Cereals) Ltd and deputy president and treasurer of the Food and Drink Federation. He was executive chairman of the Warburtons family bakery business from 1991 to 2001, during which time it grew into a highly successful national business. He has also held a number of non-executive roles and chairmanships, including chairman of Richmond Foods Plc and non-executive chairman of Marlow Foods Ltd.
He has previous experience in investment and unit trust management. He has an MA from Oxford University.
